Campaign Terms & Conditions

1. Promo is valid from 2 June 2021, 12:01AM to 15 June 2021, 11:59PM.
2. For new users, the RM65 rebate (capped at 1x) is valid with min. spend of RM150 using PayLater at PayLater merchants within a single transaction. Users will receive a RM45 rebate (capped at 1x) for their second transaction with a min. spend of RM150 using PayLater at PayLater merchants within a single transaction made within the promotion period.
3. For existing users, a RM45 rebate (capped at 2x) is valid with a min. spend of RM150 using PayLater at PayLater merchants within a single transaction.
4. Valid for eligible PayLater users (who have PayLater service available to them via the Grab App)
5. Offer is limited to the first 4,000 redemptions throughout the campaign period.
6. Rebate will only be successfully credited into user’s GrabPay Wallet upon users clicking on the ‘Redeem’ or ‘Use Now’ button on the rebate reward in ‘MyRewards’ page. 
7. Offer is not valid with any other discounts or promotions.
8. This offer is not exchangeable or refundable for cash or such replacement in part or in full.
9. Grab reserve the right to alter, extend or terminate the promotion, or amend the terms and condition at its sole discretion at any time without prior notice. In case of any disputes directly or indirectly arising from the promotion, the decision of Grab shall be final.
10. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute arising out of or in connection with promotion shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Malaysia.
11. Fraud, abuse of redemptions or any dishonest activities related to the promotion campaign may result in the forfeiture of promotion entitlement.
