Manufacturer's Directions: Apply a few drops to your skin only in the PM after toners and water-based products. Daily use is not recommended as it can cause sensitivity. Only use 2-3 times per week. Do not use near the eye area. If irritation occurs, you can reduce the potency of the product by diluting it with most oils. Should not be used on sensitive or irritated skin. Alpha lipoic acid can cause sensitivity to the sun, hence, why we only recommend application in the PM.
