As a relatively new player in the beauty and skincare industry that strives to transform the way we purchase skincare by being more transparent and informative, we were honoured to be interviewed by Bernama. The interview touched upon four key things that differentiate Threebs from its competitors.
The first one is how we focus on curating our collections with high quality content & products that are not yet as prevalent in Malaysia but are cult favourites. Secondly our dedication to customer satisfaction where we have allocated a special team to answer all user questions and problems extending beyond problems with purchases/shipping/orders and instead providing product recommendations or helping answering questions regarding skincare concerns.
Thirdly our emphasis placed on information, clarity and transparency where our website contains size comparison visuals as well as tags on products which leads to collections catered toward different skin types, different skincare concerns and different active ingredients. Our partnership with renowned dermatologist Dr Lim from MediiSkinStudio (@dr_ingky on Instagram) highlights our commitment to equipping consumers with professional knowledge on skincare. Lastly, our partnership with JD.com and DKSH has enabled an efficient logistical arrangement, allowing us to deliver more than 50 percent of parcels the following day, sometimes in even less than twelve hours.
Our co-founder Eyo Zhen Yi's extensive experience in the data analytics industry was what was leveraged to help propel and continually optimise the Threebs platform to adapt to and accommodate the ever-changing needs of customers. In terms of what the future holds for Threebs, we have expanded into other ranges of products such as baby care and we are also looking at expanding to pet care in 2022. In addition, we are looking to develop an app for iOS and Android.
