Mamonde's Rose Water Toner has the ability to build a water-based moisture barrier on the skin. It is derived from best-quality Damask rose from the Rose Valley of Bulgaria, the greatest rose producer of the world. The rose extract gives an exceptional soothing and moisturising effect.
